New Buttery Goodness

Let me tell ya'll something. Making body butter is not for the weak. My new butter took me FOREVER to complete. When I say forever, it was a good 8 to 9 hours. I wasn't sure if it was going to whip the way that I needed it to.

Well ... baby let me tell you. This butter is so creamy and cushiony feeling. Very similar to what it feels like when you scoop out a spoonful of mousse.

It took me literally all day to package and label these butters but I got it done. But baby let me tell you when it was event time. That heat took these butters through there. I noticed a separation that I had not seen before where oil settled at the bottom of the jar. The hotter it was the more oil there was. It wasn't a lot but still. Once I got home and everything cooled down a bit I attempted to whip the butters back. Well lets just say the jars that had more oil settle in the bottom would not whip. It destabilized and now my butter is a cream. Honestly I don't mind it. I use to make a body cream so it's looking like this butter combination will now become a cream. I need to find the perfect bottles for it though.

Welp... I am off to fill a body glaze order.

Till next time my Dew family!

Love, Chea
