Refund Policy

  • 1. Made-to-Order Products Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
     

  • 2. Defective or Damaged Items O'Dew Wish is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.  If you receive a defective or damaged product that is not related to shipment, please contact us within [1] day of receipt at chea@odewwish.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, will send you a replacement or issue a refund. 
     

  • 3. Cancellation Policy Cancellations for made-to-order products must be made within [X] hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations.
     

  • 4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
     

  • 5. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within [7] days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow [3-5] days for the refund to appear on your account statement.
